"Incompetence"

Following a 3rd consultation with Hand Orthpaedic Dr

A different Dr told me that My name would be added to the waiting list.

Would be 8 week wait for day surgery.

Today 13th June 2017 I phoned the admissions office and was informed my name has never added to the waiting list because the neccesry paper work has not been received

I am a tax payer and had to stop working because of loss of dexterity to both hands

I've also been waiting almost 2 years for a follow up Rheumatology appointment

This is disgusting treatment
