About: University Hospital Monklands / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 9)

(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to express how dissapointed I am regarding referral waiting time to see ent. My daughter was referred by pediatrician in january for ent as she is suffering from dizziness. However I found out she was referred to the wrong dept and referral was removed, then she was referred again but we are on the waiting list for only 8 weeks. Not since january which makes over 20 weeks. My child is suffering and we have to wait and wait!
