I was sent an appointment for 2 o clock for the trauma and orthopaedic clinic 3 months ago, as I work shifts Monday to Friday 9am-5pm I wouldn't be able to make that appointment so I tried to call the reception and ask if they could change my appointment for a later one. I've been trying for almost 2 months and no one was able to answer me.
This is ridiculous, such a bad service!
