My son was taken to A&E after a car accident and the staff were attentive and kept us informed about what was happening and the likely time scale.
The nurse who stitched up his wound took great care as it was a facial injury and he wanted minimise any scarring.
Nobody wants to be in hospital, but the staff made the experience manageable.
Thank you!
