"Poor attitude towards my elderly mother"

I attended the Audiologists with my elderly old mother who has a hearing problem, dementia and involuntary muscle movement.

I was disgusted by their attitude towards my mum who wasn't really aware due to her dementia. They treated her as if she was a daft old lady, as we all know the elderly go on about their complaints. They dismissed mum when she spoke.

Informed us in 2012 we missed an appointment with a doctor which we were unaware of, which seemed to annoy them as they informed my mum and I this was a legal document from the hospital on their screen as we couldn't remember. I can't say enough how disgusted I was they weren't pleasant to my mum, they did take a call from a patient when we were there, again their attitude the way they spoke to the person left me shaking my head.

On leaving I asked my mum to wait outside office and asked them if they got out wrong side of bed as their attitude was a disgrace towards myself and my mother. Please acknowledge my complaint as I worked in health centre for years. Many times people get on your nerves, but you must always remain professional which I think they did not.
