My gastroscopy was arranged from my GP referral letter, no wasted outpatient appointment was required. My appointment was for 5 weeks following referral which was very impressive. I was contacted by a nurse by telephone prior to my appointment when I could have any questions answered. The nurses on the unit were just great, very professional, warm,friendly and knowledgeable inspiring confidence.
The consultant was efficient and explained their findings following the procedure.
I have been very impressed by this service and can highly recommend it!
