"I cannot praise the staff enough"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Medical Initial Assessment

(as a service user),

I attended A&E last night following a wrist injury. I cannot praise the staff enough, reception was brilliant and, I was seen so efficiently. The nurse in minor injuries, sorry I can't remember her name but, she was fantastic. Was really thorough even though I was certain nothing was too badly damaged and, she sorted me out with a splint and advice for pain relief all in a matter of less than 2 hours! Was home in no time and very grateful for that nurse who really was so lovely! !
