What I liked
I went in to the BMI with the NHS choose and book, i was not treated any different from any of the other patients (private)
On arrival at the hospital on the morning of my operation, every single staff member, from the porters to the surgeon made me feel special , i was well looked after, treated with dignity and respect at all times.it felt more like a hotel than a hospital.
I even recieved a courtesy phone call from the RN (mary) a couple of days after my discharge to see how i was doing.
