Excellent Optometrist

What could be improved

Staff - please answer your phone! Impossible to make a check up appointment. I keep getting put through to someone else and then get a flatline. I have been calling for two weeks and need a check up appointment urgently. As a victim of an unprovoked attack, I do not wish to go through even more stress.
