I attended Radiography 18/05/2017 & while I was waiting for my appointemnt, an elderly lady was escorted in her bed, by two porters & a Healthcare Assistant, the elderly lady in her Poorly State done her best to expresse her Thanks (Bless Her). The two porters left her with this, HC Assistant.....who then Never Once, tended to this elderly lady, who, by the way was struggling with her breath & on O2 through NG, the HC Assistant also never once Verbally Communicated Any form of reassurance, straightend her nightgown, or bedding...while myself & my husband was in the waiting room, I felt this elderly lady was ignored & felt for this lady & her rights to some dignity......This Healthcare Assistant...picked up Two Magazines & sat down to read.....I am Totally Annoyed as i was a Healthcare Assistant in Palliative Care & Elderly.....I would have never left my patients side.....
