About: Arnold Lodge Regional Secure Unit

(as a volunteer/advocate),

on behalf of volunteers who went to Arnold Lodge to help review the Patient Forum.

We enjoyed meeting and working with the Patients today and helped with a training course around Patient forums.

It was good to help with input and ideas by the patients and we enjoyed very much meeting and working with the Patients and Staff on hand. it is clear to see that Patients are very comfortable with Volunteers who are themselves service users.

We hope that Patients will be more involved with running the meeting. we hope that the the ideas put forward on the day will be taken seriously and actions taken. are you planing to help/support this and how will things change?

we also enjoyed a tour around of Arnold Lodge. Thank you for taking the time for that.

Thank you very much for taking the time to feedback. It was a very productive day with the group findings having already been fed back at the most recent Patients Forum. Changes highlighted are going to be implemented from June onwards.

I would like to thank all who attended for their input and ongoing commitment to support planned training events and future meetings. We look forward to further collaboration and positive changes that will act to enhance the Patient experience here at Arnold Lodge.
