"Emergency operation"

I came to A&E on the afternoon of Monday 8th May bleeding heavily.

I was taken immediately to the A&E section and from that moment, until I went to theatre that evening I received outstanding care and kindness from every member of staff and this continued once I had come round after the operation and was on the ward. I was kept informed about what was happening but was also treated like an individual with thought given to my feelings and fears. Thank you.
