"1 day surgery - well done Gynaecology team"

I attended my appointment for surgery that had only taken 5 weeks from seeing the consultant to have some treatment. I cannot fault the gynaecology team at the Conquest in any way shape or form I was kept very well informed every step of the way as to what the procedure was and exactly what was going to happen throughout the day. Seeing as this was my first surgery ever I was understandably quite nervous but with all that said I was put at ease and there was no need to be and I would quite happily do it all again. I was taken back to the Cookson Attenborough ward after and was extremely well looked after by the nurses that are rushed off of there feet but give there full attention to everyone in there.
