"Nothing was too much trouble"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I underwent cataract surgery at East Surrey Limpsfield Ward and want to express my gratitude to every member of the team who were on duty that day. The care and kindness shown to me was outstanding and made a very nervous patient feel safe and at ease to know that I was being looked after by a highly professional and caring team. Nothing was too much trouble and I hope that my grateful thanks will be passed on to Mr Wilson and his team who attended me on that day.

Dear gratefulpatient558,

It can be a worrying time when you are scheduled for any surgical procedure and so it is great to hear that you felt our staff in the Limpsfield eye unit did all they could to make you feel less anxious and put you at ease when you had your cataract surgery. I will make sure that your thanks and appreciation are passed on to the staff there, including Mr Wilson.

With best wishes,

Cathy White
