"Sent away as they don't know why I'm there for..."

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Urology

Just had an appt at this hospital , appt for 5.30 arrived 4.30 told at 6.15 they have no info why I'm there. No referral from my Gp. I have letters for the appt, but the receptionist was not helpful and quite rude to some people. They also had a nurse or something working as a receptionist for the urology evening clinic. When I arrived it was chaos, people had been waiting 2 hours or more over their appt times!! Now I'm left with not knowing when I will get another appt and could get even more sick in the meantime. I really don't want to go back but might not have a choice.
