"Incompetent"

Had an appointment with the occupational therapist there a few years ago. Failed to notice the seriousness of my condition. On trying to get help to fill in a form for dla they said ' what are you going to do-eat baked beans and buy your clothes from Tesco's ha' and Failed to help me. In my eyes this is not acceptable or professional conduct.

Maybe avoid this person, on the other hand another therapist's conduct was very professional with a good insight and understanding of mental health.
