The reason for me leaving this review is because I was trying to find a forum where I could feed back my appreciation for the outstanding care my mother of 86 has been receiving from this unit recently.
There are lots of ways to leave complaints - however, I wanted to find a way to express my appreciation and admiration for the exceptional work this team does
I have been visiting for >1y with my 86y old mother and cannot easily express how impressed I am with this group.
From the consultants to the receptionists, everyone clearly cares about what they do and go the extra mile to ensure the patients are given the best care available. The rules of this forum prevent naming staff in particular - which is perhaps a good thing because they work as a fully integrated team all bringing something special to the mix.
If this is a new group to you I have no doubt you will be looked after.
If like me you are taking a parent, then I hope and trust your experiences will be equally positive.
