About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

This course has helped me to look at things in my life in a different way.Very intresting and informative course. Everything was explained in a way I could understand what was going on.

The staff have been kind and friendly. I would recomend this course to anyone who like myslef was in a very low place trying to deal with anxiety. Thank you. : )
