Building - easy to find, clean room where course takes place. Leader of courses - knowledgeable on subject matters, available to answer any questions/queries. Worksheets - ask questions that require you to think properly about your life and situation. Good course, resources provided useful. Leaders of course clearly interesting in helping people, take time to answer your questions honestly.
