About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Drug and alcohol service

(as a service user),

The nurse prescriber at Chart Kirklees always takes time out to listen and helps whenever he can, I work a lot and I work away from home. He always tries his best to accommodate me, even if he has to bend over backwards. Carl is the best prescriber I've had so far

The service could be more accommodating in times of need, e.g more frequent and easier access to appointments, I understand it's busy but my job means a lot - not my prescriber, he's all good.

Thank you for your comments. We have passed these on to Carl who was delighted to hear how positive you feel about the appointments and that you feel you are making progress.

We are doing what we can to review access to appointments and have been speaking to other clients to ask for their opinions too in order to consider what we can do to improve the service.
