The staff are great. It feels like a family of helpers. If I hadn't of found Jacobs House I would dread to think where I'd be today! The groups are a great help and I've learnt so many different things like coping mechanisms and dealing with bad situations. I actually enjoy the groups and meeting new people. 8 months ago I didn't even want to leave my bedroom!
