"Child Patient Assessment"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) Perth Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

After our 2 year old son became violently ill we were advised by NHS 24 to take him in to PRI A&E to rule out carbon monoxide poisoning and anything else serious. He was treated by a brilliant foundation doctor called Miles (didn't catch his last name). He was very thorough and simply great with our wee man, putting him at ease and making the whole process as relaxing as possible. Very thankful to him and his wonderful attitude and spirit and thorough examination and attention to detail. We felt incredibly cared for and in good hands. a great asset to the NHS, thank you Miles from us all.
