Wycombe General Hospital is a fantastic example of the NHS at its very best. This is not a one off, as I was admitted last year for Sepsis with the same level of care.

This week I had a back operation which required my wife to deliver me to the Surgery Assessment Centre, to go under general anaesthetic and recover following surgery. My wife fell ill and was simultaneously treated for a cardiac problem leading to the placement of two stents in her arteries. It is rare to see such exceptional team work and coordination in any service, but the professionalism, dedication, selfless support and positive energy was truly infectious. I must commend the staff on all counts, day and night.
