"Helpfulness"

About: Tameside General Hospital

(as the patient),

I recently posted a story about my experiences at Tameside Hospital, where I was admitted last Saturday suffering from pneumonia. I actually forgot a crucial part of someone going over and above to deliver good service, and it concerns a Security Guard whose name I didn't get. My wife had parked a good way from the MAU and she wanted to leave in the early hours of the morning, and felt rather apprehensive about walking that distance in a not especially well lit car park, having parked in a municipal rather than a hospital car park. Despite it not being on hospital property, the Security Guard was happy to accompany my wife and see that she was safely installed. I would like to thank him for his care
