Very disappointed at the attitude of the receptionist.
I have a routine podiatry appointment 6-8 weeks for the last 5 years,
When i called to make an appointment I was told it is now 10 weeks.
I queried this as I could not understand the change and why?
They also said if I was not satisfied i could go elsewhere or go private!
Very poor receptionist skills.
The reason I had to wait so many days to make an appointment was because staff were on holiday.
Not a good enough excuse!
Never had to put up with this behavior before!
Sorry very disappointed.
Not good enough to have a return call to change the appointment no sooner it was made!
