The lovely doctor saw me last year about a torn knee cartilage. I'd had an arthroscopy (privately) for the same problem 3 years before, which made things worse, so I didn't want a surgical solution. The doctor referred me for physiotherapy - which came through quite quickly - and told me I needed to keep doing the exercises forever, otherwise the problem would return. After several weeks, the knee was much, much better. A year later, I've got no problems with the knee at all and am relieved I saw someone so sensible. This doctor is also really, really nice: listens to patients, is dynamic and gets things done. Brilliant experience.
