"wintle ward staff excellent"

I just wanted to say how excellent the staff and set up is on Wintle ward.

I have had friends in other mental health institutions in Aylesbury treated abysmally and so was a bit worried when another friend needed admitting on section.

I found staff on Wintle ward to be:

Welcoming

understanding

Compassionate

Knowledgeable

Flexible

Friendly

Good at listening

Good at de-escalating potential crisis points

the nurse who admitted my friend impressed me hugely.

So thankful there are staff and wards like Wintle, wish all mental health institutions were as good.
