"Rubbish"

About: Euston House

I was referred by my GP for an assessment for an ongoing MSK issue, clearly in a great deal of pain and clinician promised to sent an urgent referral to specialist. I called today to find this has not happened, and will not happen until at the very earliest 14 days after my appointment, because prompted to do so. I feel lied to, and quite frankly upset at this treatment.
