I visited the maternity triage in march for reduced movements of my baby. I was seen straight away and put on a monitor to check everything was ok. It was late in a Saturday eveniing and the staff were fantastic. I was sent home and reassured baby was ok but they would send me for a scan first thing Monday. The following say, Sunday morning a midwife rang me to make sure I was ok. That was fantastic, they didn't have to. I was quite upset so they said I could come in again to be put on the machine for reassurance. I went in later that day and again the staff were fantastic. I ended up being admitted to antenatal for an induction on the same day. I was antenatal for 5 days and was my baby was monitored every 4 hours to ensure he was ok. All the staff were brilliant. I cannot praise them enough, each one is personal and friendly. Really make you feel at ease. They wrk so hard but nothing is too much trouble. Again delivery suite I had the most fantastic midwife, even when they switched over for their shift change they were great, even coming back to see me the next morning. I honestly cannot praise Worcester enough, given th tremendous extra footfall with hospitals closing facilities and Worcester having to take the extra patients they are fab! And not one person made me feel like a burden even when I was upset. So thank you so triage, antenatal, delivery and postnatal. They were all great!!
"Amazing staff"
