I have been visiting Solihull Hospital over the last 6 months, due to breast cancer.

Just wanted to thank Mr Haq, my Consultant and Surgeon. All the breast care nurses, and all the nurses and staff on Ward 14. I was always treated with compassion, kindness and understanding. The nurses on Ward 14 even looked after my mom while I was in surgery. This hospital and staff are outstanding. Thankfully I got the all clear last week from breast cancer.

Thank you so much for your comments regarding your treatment and care at Solihull Hospital under the Breast Care Team.

I am so pleased to read that throughout your treatment you were treated with kindness, compassion and understanding, and that the nursing staff on Ward 14 also looked after your Mother whilst you were in surgery. Congratulations on getting the all clear, I can only imagine what a huge relief that was for you, your family and friends.

I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to Mr Haq, the Breast Care Team and the nursing management for Ward 14 at Solihull Hospital. Our staff work extremely hard to provide a positive patient experience.

I hope my actions are acceptable and thank you once again for taking the time to post your feedback it is extremely important to us.
