"They made the whole experience less scary"

About: St Oswald's

(as the patient),

My son recently needed some nail surgery for his toe nails.

He was seen by Alison and Claire at St Oswald's Hospital.

They were really kind to him and took their time to explain everything that would happen and how he would feel.

They made the whole experience less scary and stressful - so thank you.
