Dear 1948

I’m sorry to read about your health issues but delighted to hear that you are receiving the care and treatment required from the District Nurse and the fact that her visits make you feel better. It is a real boost for staff morale to receive such positive comments. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, I’ll be sure to pass it on to the relevant staff.
