About: Eastwood Children's Centre

(as a service user),

I moved to the area when my little boy was 4 months old and started doing groups a Sure Start to get to know people we still do groups and enjoy them very much my little boy loves coming and always has a great time we really love the special days they do such as Christmas and Easter.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful its a shame that some groups have stopped due to funding as a full time mum I find it so much help having these groups to go to just to give me chance to talk to people I always recommend Sure Start to people I really dont know what me and my little boy would of done without sure start.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on this forum, we appreciate all comments and this helps us to plan and deliver future activities for local families.

I am pleased that you have benefitted from the many services we deliver and hope that you continue to access our activities.

Previous feedback we have received has enable us to rethink our services to provide more community based groups which allow us to deliver our service to a wider group. This strategy has meant that more families now have access to our services and we take our services to the community.

Look out for us - we are more mobile and more accessable than ever before!
