About: Royal Gwent Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Took my 2 year old son to have his head checked after bangin it. Took hours for the doctor to come and feel his head. It felt like yobs take priority over my son just because he had police with him. Its not the first time I have had aggressive yobs swearing in front is very young kids. Very poor.
