"An oasis of professionalism"

Don't be put off by the location (an industrial estate). I was able to park easily in the (free) car park. The reception area is very smart - and the receptionist was both friendly and professional.

The practitioners come to reception to collect their patients and call out names audibly. No mumbling, no buzzers, no ticket numbers. I was called on time and my ultrasound practitioner was friendly and professional (I know I'm repeating these words, but they seem to sum up the way this place works).

Let's face it, nobody wants to be a patient - anywhere. The caring, well managed team here make a visit as pleasant as they possibly can. They seem to care - and seem to want to be there. This makes such a difference.
