"A mixed bag of experiences"

About: North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have used St Pauls Eye Hospital and have found them to have good patient manners and interactions and they have been very helpful, especially the Liasion Officer.

Stopgate Lane Medical Centre is great and is well organised.

I have used the Royal Liverpool Neurology department, and a few letters have gone missing, and the same has happened at St Pauls. Thankfully the consultants secretary at the Royal Neurology was very helpful, which was lucky, as it turned out I had an appointment the next day that I would not have attended.

I have also used the Patient Transport Service, and rate them well. They arrived right on time.

Thank you for taking your time to share your experiences through Healthwatch Liverpool. It was really interesting to read about your range of experiences depending on which service you were using.

I was however really pleased to read your positive comments about our Patient Transport Service and hope that this will continue if you need to use them for future appointments. I will share this with our Patient Transport team.

Many Thanks
