As normal, I approached my op with some trepidation, but from the 1st out patients visit through to discharge, I was very pleased.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and obviously knew their job, which made me feel very safe.
The environment is lovely, and very clean. The consultants visited before my op, and were good at explaining the procedure.
Post op, the staff were always available, and anxious to make sure I was comfortable. At no stage did I feel they wanted me to hurry home, as I was a day case. All in all I will have good memories of my stay at the Manchester Spire.
