What could be improved

Communication was the problem. My Physio did not make notes on my condition correctly. Did not listen to my concerns. Patronised me. Forgot why i was came for my appointment. They also incorrectly noted my martital status dispite my direct instructions for what i would like noted.

I am frustrated and feel a distinct lack of care from this unit.
