"Waiting weeks to hear from my surgeon"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I have been waiting four weeks to hear from the orthopedic surgeon who advised me they would write to me the week following my consultation. This is despite chasing this up with their secretary several times.

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch. I was so sorry to hear that you have been having such a difficult time finding out about your consultation with your orthopedic surgeon.
