"Very unprofessional and rude"

The doctor I have been seen by was amazing. Spoken to me in a calm matter which really helped me to calm down and not to worry unnecessary about what was happening with my eye.

The nurses on the other hand... They have been very helpful, but while I was sitting in the waiting area, I could hear them gossiping and actually being rude towards one of the doctors. He came out to ask one of the nurses to help him with one of the patients. And as he walked away, I could hear (everybody in the waiting area could hear) the nurses talking and laughing at the doctor, I think because of the way he said it. Now, to me, that is very unprofessional and rude.

Also, the talking about their wages and about how some of the nurses cover more shifts than the others, doesn't look very professional either. The hospital is a business at the end of the day. And in my opinion, the patients don't have to know these details.
