(as the patient),

I recently attended Wishaw General Hospital for an operation on my elbow.

From my first point of contact with the receptionist to the excellent and professional service I received from the ward nurses I can't thank them enough not only were they very professional but also down to earth kind and great to talk to.

I also must mention the anaesthetists and the theatre nurses who could not have been nicer. They were all fantastic and I felt nothing but safe in there hands.

And last but definitely by no means least is the Surgeon and his Assistant (sorry unsure of his correct title) these 2 guys were amazing from having a fantastic bed side manner to explaining exactly what there plan was for my operation I honestly don't think I could have been in better hands, these guys and all the staff mentioned are a credit to the NHS
