"I found my experience degrading"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

(as the patient),

I found staff racist and I think they make people of colour uncomfortable. I have seen staff make fun out of foreign names or not even make the effort to pronounce them. I found my experience very degrading and appalling to be honest. I hope I never have to be admitted into this hospital again.
