About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

(as a relative),

I bring my wife for X-Ray occasionally and noticed that the same chair has been broken in waiting room 2 for a year. It appeared that 3 strip lights were either not switched on or not able to work.

Dear Darker664

Thank you for letting us know about your experience of the environment in X-Ray. I have spoken to the lead radiologist and she acknowledges that there is work to do to improve the waiting area. She was able to let me know that they have recently applied to the League of Friends for funding to enable them to purchase better seating. This has been agreed so I hope that next time you are there you will notice an improvement.
