"New reception staff needed yesterday!"

About: Chapeltown Health Centre

Reception staff have no respect for patient nor patient confidentiality. Every time you visit they shout at patients for no reason but their own at times and take out their personal frustration by inform the whole surgery of what you came in form. Not appropriate when most people are from this close knit community. The reception staff have been their for many years and the practicing GPs have done nothing significant to improve the behaviour of their reception staff. I would advice long standing suffering patients and new ones to take their government health funding else where.
