"1st Class Service"

I was given an appointment at the hospital instead of Oswestry for a bone density scan. My initial impresssion was that of tranquility. The cleanliness was 1st class and the staff from the cafe to the radiologist were very professional and courteous.My appointment was at 1.15pm and I was actually seen at 12.50pm and on my way home by 1.00 pm. That's 1st class service. BAngor and Wrexham need a few lessons on how to run a well organised establishment. Well done St Catherine's. I will ask my GP if future appointments can be made there.
