"Poor hospital"

Arrived for first fracture appointment after major surgery to insert an IM nail into tib and fib. Told to come back the next day as systems are down. No pre warning and was made to walk (hobble) to a first floor clinic. Arrived back the next day, consultantion was poor to say the least. No proper advice or guidance on recovery or on how to manage aftercare or weightbearing. Currently getting my care transferred to a different hospital in the hope this hospital have not damaged my leg through poor care.
