Feel Pharmacy staff need training in customer care. Been waiting 7 days for the rest of my prescription. Third visit today told to sit down wait I said I have been waiting for a week. Medication was part of an order for a cancer patient. Asked pharmacist if she would ring Lilac Centre she told me to go there then come back. My husband is not supposed to be left alone and this is the 3rd time I have had to leave him because of pharmacy incompetence. Told that it had taken 7 days for the medication to come in. Why? This is a hospitals pharmacy attached to a Clatterbridge Cancer Center. Was asked by member of the public on way out about the way pharmacist had spoke and that everyone waiting could hear. After working with the public for over 30 years, this is not how you speak to the people who pay you. Public support is very important to the NHS.
