"Unorganised"

About: Newham General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I have been coming to Newham orthapedics since last year and each time I come it gets worst.

Yesterday I was appalled by what was going on completely unorganised, overcrowded. Patients had to stand up or sit in a different side to the where the clinic was being held. The nurses were running backwards an forwards trying to get peoples notes,

My appointment was at 3.40 didnt get seen till way after 4.30. You could see the consultants looked completly tired.

Then to make matters worst I go in for my follow up an nurses constantlly coming in an out the room checking details for other patients due to mix ups.

This is what I was witnessing while I was waiting to be seen so it was no surprise to me that my consultation would be disrupted.

I was told to sit on the bed to be examined yet the door was opening all the time no privacy at all. The consultant Was on the phone and kept apologising.

So basically there is no care for the patient it was like a rush always being disturbed and then move along for next patient.

They dont have time to listen to the patient at all no reassurance nothing. I dont think I want to continue being seen here at all, my health comes first.
