About: Holme Valley Memorial Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I have recently had an operation to remove a bunion at Holme Valley and cannot praise the staff enough. From the moment I was seen at reception I was made to feel at home and at ease. The medical staff are friendly and talked me through every step of the procedure in easy to understand terms. All my questions were answered fully and I felt very well cared for. The Hospital is small and I have never been kept waiting at any of my appointments. The staff appear to be very happy and cheerful which instantly put me at ease.

The team here always try and treat patients as they would expect to be treated themselves. We have managed to create a friendly, approachable environment where patients feel comfortable and relaxed. We are so pleased this is the experience you had too.
