(as the patient),

I attended the fracture clinic at Monklands Hospital just recently.

Miss Bramley was the consultant I saw at my appointment and I wanted to feedback how nice a person she was, very friendly, caring and empathetic as well as being professional and providing me with the advice I needed.

It made the appointment a very pleasant experience for me.
